Zutaten für 2 Personen:

  • Für den Lizza-Teig (Basis):
  • 150g ganze oder geschrotete Leinsamen
  • 14g Chiasamen
  • ½ TL Salz
  • 150 ml heißes Wasser
  • Belag:
  • 100ml passierte Tomaten
  • 50g Tomatenmark
  • ½ TL Salz
  • Pfeffer
  • 1 TL Oregano, getrocknet und grob gehackt
  • 2 Tomaten
  • 200g Schwarzwälder Schinken oder gekochter Schinken
  • 100g Oliven (schwarz oder grün),

Zubereitung:

    Re: Low Carb Pizza

Thank you for sharing this delicious-sounding low-carb pizza recipe! It looks like a fantastic option for those looking to enjoy pizza while keeping their carb intake in check. Here's a response to your recipe:

Your low-carb pizza recipe is a real treat for health-conscious pizza lovers. The combination of chia seeds and flax seeds for the dough is an excellent choice for a gluten-free and low-carb base. Here's a breakdown of the steps:

    For the Lizza dough (base):

The blend of whole or ground linseed and chia seeds provides a nutritious base packed with omega-3 fatty acids.
The use of hot water to soak the seeds creates a gel-like consistency, helping to bind the dough together.
Adding a pinch of salt not only enhances the flavor but also supports the overall taste of the dough.
    Topping:

The tomato sauce preparation with pureed tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and oregano is a classic base for any pizza. It brings out the vibrant flavors of the toppings.
Slicing fresh tomatoes and using them as a topping gives the pizza a burst of freshness.
Black Forest ham or cooked ham adds a savory and smoky flavor to the pizza.
Olives, whether black or green, contribute a delightful briny and salty element that complements the other ingredients perfectly.
    Preparation:

Pre-baking the dough at 200°C for 6 minutes is a great technique to ensure a crispy crust.
The suggestion of rolling out the dough between two layers of baking paper is handy for those who find it sticky.
Pricking the dough with a fork helps prevent air bubbles from forming during pre-baking.
    Baking:

The final step of baking the assembled pizza at 240°C for 10 minutes ensures that all the flavors meld together beautifully, and the cheese, if added, gets a nice golden brown finish.
This low-carb pizza recipe is a well-thought-out and health-conscious alternative to traditional pizza. It's a creative way to enjoy pizza without the guilt of too many carbs. Plus, the use of nutritious ingredients like chia seeds and flax seeds in the crust is a bonus. I can't wait to try this out and savor the flavors of a guilt-free pizza night!
